Lexus Galway has been named as the winner of the Lexus Retailer of the Year Award 2024 which was awarded recently by Lexus Ireland.
The Retailer of the Year award recognises leading performance across several key performance indicators on both the sales and aftersales business. Lexus Galway is the first retailer in Ireland to achieve the 5-star level in both sales and aftersales customer experience which is measured across a wide range of criteria.
In addition, it recognises all Lexus Galway’s team members relentless focus on delivering great customer experiences based on the ancient Japanese concept ‘Omotenashi’, where all at the dealership treat everyone as a guest in their home.
“We are delighted to win the Lexus Retailer of the Year award 2024 our second time in three years achieving this accolade,” said Enda Brennan, Lexus Sales Manager.
“This award recognises our excellent customer service in both sales and aftersales and our record sales and premium car market share in Galway in 2024. Lexus is the fastest growing Hybrid Electrified Premium Car Brand in Galway in 2024 with an increase of 58% of the premium car sales market,” he said, referring to the SIMI Premium Car Make Sales Figures YTD 2024.
“We are looking forward to the New Year where our continued aim is welcoming our new and existing customers and exceeding customer expectations and customer experience,” he said.
Meanwhile, the new Lexus LBX Luxury Crossover is now available to test drive at the Lexus Galway dealership in Ballybrit in Galway City.
