The KAVA Courthouse Gallery in Kinvara is hosting a new show, Inner Perspectives, Outer Landscapes, featuring the work of artists Carmel Daly, Thereze Ward and Peter Goossens. It opens this Friday, May 10, at 7pm and will run until next Friday in the former courthouse. All three are members of KAVA, the Kinvara Area Visual Arts group.
Carmel Daly’s work is representative of agricultural, rural life and is presented in vibrant colours in watercolour and oil. Thereze Ward’s large abstract paintings are inspired by amorphic or fluid shapes in nature, while Peter Goossens’ work includes numerous studies in pencil, lithographs, and etchings.
The show is open from 11am-5pm daily until Friday, May 17, and all are welcome.
