Singer Finbar Wright will be in concert in the city’s Town Hall Theatre on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 8pm.
The Cork-born tenor who is a worldwide name in music, has performed with superstars such as Montserrat Caballé and Jerry Lee Lewis, and has released several chart-topping albums.
Many of these are regarded as classics, including the multi-platinum Whatever You Believe, produced by Mike Batt, and his first album, Because, produced by Phil Coulter.
Finbar’s powerful and beautiful voice has made him a constant favourite with audiences at home and abroad, and he regularly delivers solo concerts in venues from Sydney Opera House to the Hollywood Bowl.
His appeal is partly due to his ability to cover so many musical genres, from romantic ballads to the heavy hitters of the Italian and Spanish repertoire.
Finbar’s concerts at the Town Hall Theatre have always been special and he is looking forward to returning to the venue next March for one night only, when he will be supported by other world-class musicians for what should be a memorable occasion for music lovers.
