The offer comes as the school looks to ensure its future amid rising problems for rural schools, such as pupil and teacher retention,
Micheál Mac Donnacha, past pupil of Scoil Rónáin, explains why the school is offering this opportunity.
Micheál is a member of the committee tasked with fundraising and planning for the school’s future, and he explained how they managed to raise the funds for the property.
Further information is available on the Coiste Scoil na Trá Báine Facebook and Twitter pages.
