Psychotherapist Bernadette Finn says Easter has always been a symbol of hope and as it coincides with spring, a time we see symbols of new life sprouting up all around us.

An accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a practice both in Galway City and the town of Ballinasloe, Bernadette has been studying for a Masters in Applied Spirituality.
