Psychotherapist Bernadette Finn says Easter has always been a symbol of hope and as it coincides with spring, a time we see symbols of new life sprouting up all around us.
“Easter can be a great reminder of the hope for possibilities, as it can inspire and connect us at a deeply personal and spiritual level. It is a time of coming out of darkness into the light with brighter days and the longer evenings to look forward to.”
An accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a practice both in Galway City and the town of Ballinasloe, Bernadette has been studying for a Masters in Applied Spirituality.
