From this week's Galway City Tribune
Declan Nerney with special guests John Hogan and Owen Mac are packing out concert venues nationwide and now the singers are stopping off in Galway’s Town Hall this Sunday, April 16.
Declan has been performing at the top level for years, with hits such as Marquee in Drumlish and Stop the World and Let Me Off, proving hugely popular with his fans.
He’s happy to be back on the road and says that highlights from last year included appearances at Dublin’s 3 Arena and at Electric Picnic for special performances before tens of thousands of fans with The 2 Johnnies, who are fans and friends.
Fans of Declan regularly travel to Spain to enjoy his music and his company in the sun. This year’s Hooley in the Sun will take place from September 25 to October 2 at the Costa Del Luz with a host of other country stars also participating (see declannerney.com and cassidytravel.ie for more information).
Before that though, people can join Declan and his multi-talented Hooley Orchestra, plus his guest stars, for a memorable night of music and song in the Town Hall Theatre.
■ Tickets for his Sundays show are available at tht.ie, 091-569777 and from the box office.
