A stunning coastal holding in Lettermore, Connemara by far the most unique property to be offered for sale in the region in recent times went under the virtual hammer by DNG Martin O’Connor Online Auctions last Thursday 29th February.
DNG Martin O’Connor’s most recent property sale in Creelogh, Lettermore attracted both local and overseas interest in the weeks leading up to the online auction with a total of 37 interested parties.
The bidding started at €145,000 and following an intense final 5 minutes, a total of 66 bids led to the coastal cottage on c. 24.34 acres achieving a sales price of €246,000, a whopping €101,000 over the guide price.
DNG Martin O’Connor next online auctions will be taking place on the 18th April with a total of 7 lots going under the virtual hammer on the day. We encourage interested buyers to reach out to our auction team as soon as possible, as some vendors may consider accepting pre-auction bids.
The DNG Online Auction platform is proving to be a successful platform for both sellers and bidders alike – reducing the transaction times for sellers while allowing bidders to participate from the comfort of their own home which was the case for our Creelogh Lettermore purchaser who took part in our online auction in the US.
To register for any of our upcoming online auctions, visit www.dngauctions.ie and search for your property of interest. For any assistance on registering or to have your property included in other upcoming auctions during the year, contact DNG Martin O’Connor on 091 866708.
