Almost 80 tourism industry professionals from throughout Connemara shared their experiences and information at a recent networking event which took place in the Connemara Coast.

Organised by Cósta Gaelach/www.conneamra.ie, participants discussed opportunities for collaboration to collectively promote Connemara and the Islands as a tourism destination.

There was a good mixture of accommodation, activity providers, visitor attractions and tour operators present.

Interim Chair of Cósta Gaelach Chonamara agus Árann, Dominic Ó Móráin, said he was particularly delighted with the energy in the room.
