A teenager is in a critical condition following a road crash in Tuam.
The two-car collision happened at Ballygaddy Road just after 6pm last evening.
The driver of one of the cars, a female teenager, was taken to UHG where her condition is described as critical.
The driver and passenger of the second car – a man in his 20’s and a woman in her 30’s – were treated for non life threatening injuries.
A technical examination of the scene has since been completed.
Anyone who was in the Ballygaddy Road area between 5.50pm and 6.15pm yesterday evening – particularly those with dashcam footage – are asked to contact Gardaí.
