Published

on

O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers are handling the sale of a superb family home at Rusheen Bay on the Barna Road in Galway, which boasts a stunning coastal location.

This is a very unique setting and homes in this location rarely come to the market. All of the surrounding area is a Special area of Conservation (SAC), so one can rest assured that no further development will take place.

Access to Rusheen Bay is by a tranquil side road where it is home to a handful of similar type homes that enjoy the most breathtaking views of any houses in the Galway area.

The property on offer is an outstanding residence that contains awesome views overlooking Rusheen Bay and the surrounding coastline.

This magnificent home has been carefully designed to maximise the light and its southerly aspect. Built in a classical style with natural slate roof and a beautiful interior, there are pitch pine timber features throughout, providing a home of distinction.

Selling agent Colm O’Donnellan said: “This is a truly exceptional home that is out of the ordinary in terms of design and location.  The mature garden is a haven of tranquillity that is adorned with well-established trees, hedges and shrubs of many varieties.

“It is minutes from the beach and Rusheen Bay Sailing and Surfing school. There is no doubt that one will not easily find a location such as this again. Located in a tranquil side road which leads on to Rusheen Bay, it is only three miles from Galway city centre and is a truly magnificent home that you will never want to leave.”
