Plans to build commercial and residential blocks in Millars lane in the city are being strongly resisted.
Residents in Gort Gréine, Ros Geal and Cruachan park, together with local business owners and individuals are supporting an appeal to have the development stopped.
Just weeks ago, Frank Kelly was given the go ahead to construct four commercial units and 4 appartments on Millars lane Rahoon. (12/3)
His plans to construct a new entrance as well as new car parking facilities for the development were also given the green light.
A 16 page written appeal has now been lodged with An Bord Pleanala outlining concerns residents have with the Millars lane development.
