Neylons Facility Management – which employs over 500 people from its headquarters in Loughrea – celebrated the 2019 Neylon’s Academy for Growth Graduation at a special event on Friday.

The Academy was officially launched by Minister Pat Breen – and this year’s Academy saw 25 employees progress through the company.

The Minister said he was delighted to return to Neylon’s and witness the ‘incredible increase of 400 jobs over the last five years’.

“This impressive growth for an Irish SME in such a competitive industry such as Facility Management. It is clear it is down to the culture of leadership and investing in the training of people. Neylons are especially good at helping those who do not go down the typical third level education route achieve their potential,“ he said.
