A local MEP is demanding that the Government immediately publish long-awaited housing blueprint for Gaeltacht areas.

Ciaran Mullooly says reform is urgently needed to enable thousands of homes to be built in Galway, Kerry and Donegal.

Speaking in the European Parliament, Independent Ireland Mullooly MEP said the current situation is a serious threat to the Irish language and our heritage.
