If you go down to the shops today … you’re in for a big surprise!
The team at the Loughrea Jack and Jill Charity Boutique is getting paws-itively excited to join the nationwide teddy takeover for Ted’s Big Day Out, Jack and Jill’s fun-filled June fundraiser.
All month long, the shop will be bursting with teddy bear cheer — from bear-themed window displays to cuddly friends in every corner.
But it’s not just happening in-store; Jack and Jill is calling on the public to rally behind this beary special initiative by setting up your very own Ted’s Big Day Out fundraiser this June.
Whether it’s a Teddy Bears’ Picnic at your school, creche or childcare centre, or a teddy-themed coffee morning at work or home; there are endless ways to show your support.
Dust off your childhood teddy, round up your friends (big and small), and bring the bear magic to life — all while raising vital funds for over 430 families across Ireland, including 28 families in Co. Galway, who are caring for seriously ill children at home.
Teddy bears are more than just cuddly companions — they’re symbols of the love, care and comfort that Jack and Jill’s in-home nursing care and respite support offers the families under its care.
The Jack and Jill Charity Boutique is packed with pre-loved treasures from fashion to homewares and everything in between. Every purchase supports a cause that truly matters.
