One of the West’s leading Human Resources Consultancy celebrated its fifth birthday celebration with clients, families and friends in Mary Mullen’s bar recently.
Founded in 2019 by Galway native Ruairi Guckian, GHR Consulting has been a vital resource for businesses that require HR support without the cost of an in-house department.
“It’s been a hugely successful five years of business and it has gone by in the blink of an eye,” said Ruairi.
“We are eternally grateful to our wonderful clients who trust us to look after all of their HR requirements.
“We wanted to have a large birthday party to celebrate the success of the business and to thank everyone that has helped us on this fantastic journey,” he added.
The Company operates on the frontline of many human resource issues, managing the welfare of over 100 clients across a range of industries and company sizes.
Over the past five years, GHR Consulting has established a strong reputation for delivering a wide range of HR services tailored to meet the specific needs of SMEs. They have recently launched four HR training modules suitable for supervisor level managers.
In addition to providing exceptional HR solutions, GHR Consulting is dedicated to giving back to the community. The consultancy regularly organises charity events, raising an impressive €8,100 for Claddagh Watch in 2023.
As active sponsors of local sports teams – including Galway United, Salthill Devon and Salthill/Knocknacarra GAA – GHR Consulting champions community engagement and supports local talent.
The fifth birthday celebration brought together clients, partners, and community members to honour the achievements of the past five years and to look forward to future endeavours.
