Getting crafty for Christmas

The popular Local Food and Craft Fair, organised by Local Enterprise Office Galway, returns to the Black Box Theatre this Saturday and Sunday.

The event showcases Galway designers, handcrafted goods and artisan produce, with over 50 stands featuring the best in locally produced gifts.

Among the exhibitors this year are Ivy House Chocolates, artist Fiona Concannon and jewellery designer Lynsey de Burca. You can also shop gorgeous handmade jewellery from The Hanging Clay, unique greeting cards from Catherine Dunne and inspiring children’s books from Galway Fairytales.

The 2023 event takes place this Saturday, December 2, from 10am to 6pm and this Sunday from 11am to 5pm at the Blackbox Theatre, Dyke Road, Galway. The 2023 Local Food and Craft Fair charity partner is Children in Hospital Ireland.
