A dynamic new solicitors firm has opened its doors in Galway city.
O’Callaghan Lally Solicitors – a new partnership between Ciara O’Callaghan and Sharon Lally – will be based at Lismoyle House, Merchants Road.
They are combining their diverse experience to offer a full service law firm focusing on the areas of property sale, purchase and leases; wills and administration of estates; conveyance issues; family law; commercial property and litigation; employment law, and representation at Professional Misconduct and Fitness to Practice Inquiries for professionals.
Ciara is a BCL graduate of UCD and has over 15 years’ experience as a solicitor having worked in O’Connor Solicitors in Dublin, Higgins Chambers and Flanagan, McInerney and Rooney solicitors in Galway. She is a former President of Network Galway.
A regular tutor on the Law Society’s Professional practice courses in Conveyancing, Probate and Commercial Leases since 2004, she practices primarily in these areas. In 2014 she was appointed by Minister Frances Fitzgerald to the Board of the Property Registration Authority (Land Registry).
Sharon is a native of Athenry and holds Bachelor of Corporate law and LLB degrees from NUIG. Having gained corporate experience in RSA and AXA insurance companies, she completed her traineeship in the Prominent Dublin city firm, Ferrys Solicitors.
For the past ten years Sharon has been with CP Crowley & Co Solicitors a busy Galway city centre practice.
She has a proven record in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property as well as Family law. Sharon is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. She is a member of the IFA and Irish Thoroughbred Horse Breeders Association.
