Galway County Council is currently carrying out a review of the Register of Electors.
The aim is to ensure it’s accurate and up to date, and that everyone who is eligible to vote is correctly registered.
As part of this work, the County Council is sending out letters to certain households and individuals.
It asks that people read the letters carefully and respond to the council as requested.
