Fashion store wins ‘Best Layout’ award

Lanidor Ladies Fashion Store on Eyre Street, has won the award for “Best Shop Layout and Design in Galway” in the JCI Galway Friendly Business Awards.

The JCI Galway Awards are designed to encourage/motivate the Business Community and are part of a national competition

Lanidor will now go on to the National Awards, which will be held during the JCI National Convention in Galway on October 12 in the Druid Theatre.

Lanidor is Portugal’s largest ladies brand and the Galway premises is their flagship store in Ireland.

Commenting on the award, Caroline McCarthy, proprietor of Lanidor, said: “We are so pleased and delighted to win this award . . . considering that we are in business less than 12 months, it is a wonderful accolade to receive.

“This is the second award for Lanidor in two months,having been awarded Best Shop Front by the Galway Race Committee.”
