€6m worth of homes set to go under the hammer

Almost €6 million worth of residential and commercial property is set to go under the hammer at the latest O’Donnellan & Joyce auction, which will take place in the city next week.

A total of 54 lots are set to go under the hammer – with a combined value of just under €5.9m – in the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction.

Among the highlights of the auction are:

25 Lower Newcastle Road. High profile commercial/residential property situated adjacent to the gates of NUI Galway.
