Antrim-born singer Johnny Brady returns to Galway’s Clayton Hotel this weekend for the ninth annual Bradyfest country weekend.
It kicks off this Friday night with a double bill consisting of Johnny and his band, and new country sensation David James and his band. Saturday sees the return of the talented Olivia Douglas and her band, plus Johnny and his band. Doors open each night at 9pm, with dancing from 9.30pm to 1.30am.
Johnny will wind up the weekend on Sunday with a family-friendly dance, which starts at 2pm.
Johnny who is a grand-nephew of country legend Big Tom, is a versatile singer, songwriter and entertainer, who has achieved success with his band, playing at country dances, festivals and concerts.
He’s also a member of the successful Eagles tribute, band Take it to the Limit, and more recently part of of the Grand Ole Opry show, alongside John Hogan and Claudia Buckley.
