O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers is launching its March auction next week, the first auction of its 2018 ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ property auction series.

O’Donnellan & Joyce Auctioneers host seven property auctions annually, and this year there will be an auction on Thursday March 1, Friday April 20, Friday June 8, Friday July 20, Friday September 28, Friday November 9, and Friday December 14.

Each property auction has a wide variety of properties from all along the western seaboard and Wild Atlantic Way, including private auction sale and also a large number of receiver properties.

O’Donnellan and Joyce Auctioneers are currently looking for properties for all auctions throughout 2018, and are specifically taking registrations from interested sellers until Monday January 29 for the ‘Wild Atlantic Way Spring Auction’, to be held on Thursday, March 1 in Harbour Hotel, on New Dock Road in Galway City.

There is a large portfolio of properties already registered including properties in Knocknacarra, Newcastle, Renmore and the city centre. These properties are ideal as an owner occupier and also investment properties.

There are also a number of rural properties from all over the Wild Atlantic Way and Ireland’s Ancient East including Donegal, Roscommon, Leitrim, Mayo, Limerick and Waterford.
