Man rescued from water at Galway docks

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A man in his 30s has been rescued from the water at Galway Docks.
Emergency services, including two units of the city fire brigade, attended the scene shortly after 5pm after it was reported that a man had entered the water.
Gardaí say that with assistance from members of the public, the man has been rescued and has been transferred to UHG for treatment.
The extent of his injuries is not yet known.
