Galway Clinic secures approval for expansion

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway Clinic has been given the go-ahead to expand its base in Doughiska.
The private hospital is to build a new one-storey extension on a site of almost five hectares.
This will include changing rooms and a conservatory at first floor level by means of enclosing existing open areas of the roof above ground floor accommodation.
City planners have attached eight conditions.
These include a restriction on construction times from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
