Builders to throw open the doors of new showhouse

It’s open doors at a showhouse in the Réileán development in Roscam for the next two Sundays from 2pm to 4pm.

Work on the current phase of the O’Malley development on the eastern side of the city has been ongoing for the past year, and the final phase will be released by the end of the year.

The showhouse is a four-bed 1,440 sq ft, two storey semi-detached property, and there are a number of similarly sized, ‘A’ energy rated properties available for sale.

A separate estate, Tuairín, with access directly from the Coast Road, is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2018.

Réileán is well located for transport, schools and amenities, including nearby Oranmore Village.

A spokesperson for O’Malley said: “The houses available for sale will make excellent family homes, and the Roscam location is particularly well-suited to family living.

“In addition to the generous open spaces in Réileán itself, the neighbouring Boireann Bheag estate boasts nine acres of amenity lands, which includes football pitches, tennis courts and extensive walkways.”

The showhouse will be open on Sunday, October 1 and October 8 from 2pm to 4pm.

O’Malley Construction is also currently completing the prestigious Ardilea Crescent development in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. The development consists of 27 four- and five-bed houses, which were sold at prices ranging from €875,000 to €1.6m. A further 48 apartments will be released shortly.
