More than 70 properties are set to go under the hammer later this month in the O’Donnellan & Joyce autumn auction.

Among the properties for sale are a mixed-use investment building at Ruxton Court on Dominick Street in the city centre.

It comprises a ground floor retail unit currently occupied by Paddy Power bookmakers; two ground floor offices (one of which is occupied); a first floor office (currently occupied) and 3 two-bed apartments, who of which are occupied. The Advised Minimum Value is €1m.
