Around 40 properties will go under the hammer at the next O’Donnellan & Joyce ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction, which takes place on March 1.
Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “We have a great selection of houses, apartments and retail units from Donegal right down to Galway and throughout the city and county in this auction, all of which should pique the interest of any shrewd investor.”
He reported that the open viewings have been busy, with particular interest in Galway City properties.
Among the properties in the auction catalogue are:
19 Rusheen Woods, Shangort Road, Knocknacarra, Galway. This is an exceptional four-bed detached family home located just off Shangort Road in the heart of Knocknacarra.
